SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 7 business days unless stated differently. Shipping times vary, but we aim to have your order to you within 9-12 business days. We do not ship expedited orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We currently only ship within the US.
Return of Goods
Due to the nature of the products sold, goods are not returnable or exchangeable.
Damaged Packages
If you received a damaged product, please email srasmussen@pinehollowmn.com with the subject line "Shipping Damage" with in 48 hours. Please also include a description of the problem and a photo of the damage. We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis.
